The Italian Job

Hello,

I am pretty certain that the tunnel chase scenes were filmed in Coventry, very near where I used to live. At that time a new trunk sewer had just been built to the east of the city linking the districts of Stoke Aldermoor and Wilenhall. Before the tunnel was put to use for its intended purpose the film company took the opportunity to use it for that chase sequence.
