We lived in the basement at no. 23 Colville Terrace during the 1970s and were always told that the flat had been used in the film. It involved an old man living in a room full of books. Never having seen the film, we can't confirm that. Only No 26 it seems is shown in the film, 23 should be on the other side of the streets.
